Published on the occasion of the exhibition presented by the Pierre Matisse Gallery, New York, in October 1974. The thirty works on display including the jacket are reproduced: twenty one in black and white (8 on full page, including 2 in fold out pages) and nine in color and on full page, including two in fold out pages.
