This bag is ruched at the top where it is attached to the orange patent covered metal frame as pictured. Fastens with a "rootbeer" lucite ball on top of a metal clasp. Matching lucite o ring at the center front of the top frame. Convertible gold tone metal chain handle folds inside the bag. Lined with an orange and brown floral and bows print on an off
